A specialized MCC bucket shop, not a catalog reseller.

MCC Depot is a family-owned shop out of Wyoming. We build and retrofit MCC buckets every day, so the work starts with fit, bus connection, door/operator details, and the parts that will actually keep the lineup in service.

If the online configurator covers your bucket, order it there. If the bucket is obsolete, modified, burned, missing hardware, or part of a larger retrofit, send photos and specs. We will tell you what can be built and what should be quoted.

01
Verify the lineup

MCC model, bucket height, disconnect type, amp rating, operator, and rear stab details.

02
Build to spec

Door, hardware, breaker, wiring, and mechanical fit are matched to the order.

03
Ship with support

Standard builds include ground shipping. Rush builds can be quoted when downtime matters.

Build capabilities

Some replacement feeder buckets are straightforward. Others need a fit check before anyone should quote or build them. This is where we handle the non-standard work.

01

Feeder buckets

Circuit breaker and fusible switch feeders for power distribution. This is the core of what we build every week.

  • Breaker feeders: 15A to 600A
  • Fusible feeders: 30A to 600A
  • Single or dual disconnect options
  • Common heights: 12 in. to 48 in.
02

Starter buckets

Combination motor starters with breaker or fusible disconnect protection, built around the controls your plant actually uses.

  • FVNR and FVR starters
  • Two-speed and multi-speed
  • Wye-delta and part-winding
  • Soft starter units
03

Complete vertical sections

Full MCC sections for expansions, replacements, and lineups that need more than one plug-in unit.

  • Multiple bucket configurations
  • Main breaker sections
  • Incoming line sections
  • Custom height combinations
04

Retrofits and obsolete replacements

Modern components fitted into legacy bucket designs when the original equipment is discontinued or unsupported.

  • Drop-in fit targets
  • Legacy doors and operators
  • Matching paint and labeling
  • Documentation included

MCC lines we build for

Start with the nameplate on your MCC lineup. Square D Model 6, GE 8000, and Siemens Model 95/95+ are common fast-ship requests. Older or less common lineups usually need photos before we confirm fit.

Do not see your MCC type?Send nameplate photos, door/operator photos, and bucket measurements. We will tell you if it can be built.

Your MCC is discontinued?
We can still build the bucket.

A failed bucket should not automatically turn into a full MCC replacement. We build drop-in replacement buckets for discontinued equipment by matching the mechanical fit and using modern, serviceable components where possible.

Send the old bucket, nameplate, wiring diagram, rear stab photos, and door/operator photos. We will review it before quoting so you do not order something that cannot fit your lineup.

What to send before we quote

If you are not sure what you have, send what you can. A few clear photos usually answer most fit questions.

01

MCC type and manufacturer

Nameplate photos are best. If the nameplate is gone, send door, handle, and structure photos.

02

Bucket size

Measure available height and note the section width and depth if you can reach it safely.

03

Disconnect and amperage

Tell us breaker or fusible, amp rating, starter size, and any door-mounted operators.

04

Voltage and controls

Include line voltage, control voltage, control schematic, and any special wiring requirements.

Every unit ships complete.

No hidden parts list. No surprise hardware chase after the bucket arrives.

  • UL label
  • New stabs
  • Steel wrapper
  • New door
  • Hardware
  • 1-year warranty
  • Free ground shipping
  • Technical support

Common questions

How long does it take to build a custom MCC bucket?

Standard configurations ship in 5-7 business days. Complex custom builds or obsolete replacements typically take 2-3 weeks. If you are in a rush, we offer expedited 1-2 day builds with overnight shipping. Call us to discuss.

Do you offer warranties on custom MCC builds?

Yes. Every unit we ship, whether it is a standard feeder or a complex obsolete replacement, comes with a full 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. We also provide free technical support for the life of the unit.

What if I am not sure what MCC type I have?

Send us photos and measurements, and we will identify it for you. We have 15+ years of experience building MCC buckets and can usually identify an MCC from the door handle mechanism, nameplate, door, and stab configuration photos.

Can you match my existing paint color?

Yes. Standard ANSI 61 gray is included at no extra charge. For exact color matching to your existing equipment, send us a color sample or photo and we will match it as closely as possible.

What is the difference between reconditioned and new surplus?

Reconditioned components are professionally restored used parts that have been cleaned, tested, and certified to meet factory specifications. New surplus components are brand new and never installed, typically manufacturer overstock at below-retail prices. Both carry our full 1-year warranty.

Can you build to my custom wiring diagram?

Yes. Send us your control schematic and we will wire the bucket to your specifications. We can also design custom control schemes if you tell us what you need the bucket to do.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes. If you are ordering multiple buckets, call us for volume pricing. We also offer blanket order agreements for facilities that need regular replacement buckets.

Need a custom quote?

Call or email with specs and photos. We will tell you what makes sense before you order.
