Shipping method and cost depend on the product, order, destination, and requested service. The order or quote controls if it differs from this general information.
Before Shipment
- The order confirmation or quote identifies the shipping method and included charges.
- Small parts and eligible buckets may ship by parcel carrier; larger equipment may require freight.
- Expedited service must be confirmed before the order is released.
- Provide a complete commercial address and note dock, liftgate, appointment, or limited-access requirements.
Delivery Inspection
- Inspect the packaging and equipment before signing for freight delivery.
- Note visible damage on the carrier receipt and photograph the packaging and equipment.
- Keep all packaging and contact MCC Depot promptly with the order number and photos.

Include the MCC manufacturer and model, ratings, bucket size, photos, and requested delivery date.
