Build Time
All MCC buckets are custom-built to your specifications. Standard build time is 3-5 business days before shipping.
Our skilled technicians carefully assemble each MCC bucket according to your exact configuration. This ensures quality and accuracy for every order. Complex configurations or high-demand periods may occasionally extend build times. We'll notify you if your order requires additional time.
Shipping Options
Ground Shipping
FREE- Delivery: 5-7 business days after build completion
- Total time from order: 8-12 business days
- Carrier: UPS Ground or FedEx Ground
- Tracking provided via email
Overnight Shipping
$200/bucket- Delivery: Next business day after build completion
- Total time from order: 4-6 business days
- Carrier: UPS Next Day Air
- Signature required on delivery
- Best for urgent projects and tight deadlines
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please note that ground shipping times may be extended. Contact us for accurate delivery estimates to these locations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website:
Packaging
All MCC buckets are professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery:
- Custom foam inserts protect sensitive components
- Double-walled corrugated boxes for structural integrity
- Moisture-resistant wrapping for environmental protection
- Clear labeling with handling instructions
Delivery Instructions
When your order arrives:
- Inspect immediately: Check the exterior packaging for visible damage before signing
- Document any damage: Take photos and note damage on the delivery receipt
- Report issues promptly: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there's any damage
- Save packaging: Keep original packaging until you've verified the contents
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours at 307-463-5590 or sales@mccdepot.com
- We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and ship a replacement
Business Days
All shipping and build times are calculated in business days:
- Business days are Monday through Friday
- Excludes weekends and federal holidays
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT may begin processing the next business day
