Return Policy
Every MCC bucket is custom-built to the specifications the customer approves on the sales order and drawings. Orders built correctly to the approved specifications are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. If MCC Depot builds something that does not match the approved specifications, or it has a defect in materials or workmanship, it is repaired or replaced at no charge, shipping included.
Policy Overview
- Custom-built products made correctly to the approved sales order and drawings cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- If the product does not match the approved specifications, or has a defect in materials or workmanship, MCC Depot repairs or replaces it at no charge, shipping included.
- Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and equipment.
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins; once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Report An Issue
Email the order number, product, description of the issue, and clear photos to [email protected]. Do not ship anything until instructions are provided.
Discuss Your Requirement
Include the MCC manufacturer and model, ratings, bucket size, photos, and requested delivery date.
