Return and Refund Policy
Contact MCC Depot before returning any item. Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, order terms, and whether it was built or configured for the customer.
Return Requirements
- A return authorization is required before shipment.
- Products must be returned in the approved condition and packaging.
- Custom-built, configured, modified, installed, damaged, or special-order products may not be returnable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless MCC Depot confirms an error or covered defect.
- Inspection and any applicable restocking or repair charges are completed before a refund is issued.
Start A Return
Email the order number, product, reason for return, and clear photos to sales@mccdepot.com. Do not ship until instructions are provided.

Include the MCC manufacturer and model, ratings, bucket size, photos, and requested delivery date.
