Returns

Please verify all configuration options carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about compatibility or specifications, contact us at 307-442-0382 or sales@mccdepot.com before ordering.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you need a different configuration or have received a product that does not match your order specifications, contact us to arrange an exchange.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging
• Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional build time
• Any price difference between the original and exchanged product will be charged or refunded accordingly

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace defective items at no charge.

2. Describe the defect and provide photos if possible
3. We will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion
4. Return shipping on defective products is covered by MCC Depot

Shipping Damage

Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and ship a replacement.

1. Inspect the exterior packaging for visible damage before signing for delivery
2. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
3. Note any damage on the delivery receipt
4. Keep all original packaging materials
5. Contact us within 48 hours at 307-442-0382 or sales@mccdepot.com

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately.

• Before production: Full refund issued to original payment method
• After production begins: Order cannot be cancelled or refunded
• Order modifications: Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production starts.

Warranty

MCC Depot products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.

• Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship
• Not covered: Damage from misuse, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear
• Remedy: Repair or replacement at our discretion
• Components: Individual components (breakers, starters, etc.) may carry separate manufacturer warranties
