About Siemens Motor Control Centers
Siemens acquired ITE (Gould) in the 1970s and has been manufacturing motor control centers under various brands since. Their current lineup includes Tiastar and SIMOVAC systems, while many older ITE Imperial and Siemens S3/S4 units remain in service across industrial facilities worldwide.
We manufacture MCC buckets that are mechanically and electrically compatible with all Siemens models, including legacy ITE systems. Our buckets match the stab configuration, door hardware, and mounting dimensions of your existing lineup.
Siemens Models We Support
Tiastar
Siemens' current-production motor control center lineup. Features modular design, easy bucket withdrawal, and modern component mounting. Available in various frame sizes and bus ratings up to 5000A. We build buckets with correct stab pattern and door interface for seamless integration.
Typical applications: New installations, expansions to existing Tiastar lineups
SIMOVAC
Siemens medium-voltage motor control center system. While most of our work is low-voltage, we can build SIMOVAC buckets for special applications. These typically include VFDs, soft starters, or feeders operating at 2300V, 4160V, or 6900V.
Note: Medium-voltage buckets require additional engineering and extended lead times
S3 / S4 Series
Earlier Siemens MCC models still widely installed in industrial plants. These units use a different stab configuration than Tiastar. We maintain tooling and specifications to build exact replacements for S3 and S4 buckets, including obsolete sizes and configurations.

ITE / Gould Legacy
ITE (later Gould, then acquired by Siemens) produced the Imperial line and other legacy MCC systems from the 1960s-1980s. Many of these are still in service but completely obsolete. We reverse-engineer these vintage systems and build modern replacements that drop into the original structure.
