Information Needed
- Facility location and site contact.
- MCC manufacturer, model, voltage, and lineup photos.
- Requested work and the condition prompting it.
- Outage window, access, badging, training, and safety requirements.
- One-line, schematics, equipment schedule, and prior reports when available.
- Requested date and any fixed production deadline.
Scope Notes
- No response time, travel coverage, certification, or staffing is assumed until MCC Depot confirms it in writing.
- Testing, studies, engineering stamps, permits, rigging, materials, and after-hours work are included only when listed in the proposal.
- Site work must follow the facility safety program and be performed by qualified personnel.
