About Cutler-Hammer / Eaton MCCs
Cutler-Hammer (acquired by Eaton in the 1970s) has a long history in motor control manufacturing. After Eaton acquired Westinghouse's distribution and control business in 1994, they integrated the Westinghouse POW-R-WAY line into their portfolio. Today, Eaton manufactures the Freedom series while supporting legacy Advantage and Westinghouse systems.
We manufacture MCC buckets compatible with all Cutler-Hammer and Eaton models, including obsolete Westinghouse systems. Our buckets match the stab configuration, door hardware, and mounting provisions of your existing lineup, whether installed in 1975 or 2020.

Freedom Series
Eaton's current-production motor control center lineup. Features modular construction, easy bucket withdrawal, and modern arc-flash mitigation options. Available in various frame sizes with bus ratings up to 5000A. We build buckets with correct stab pattern and door interface for seamless integration into Freedom systems.

Advantage Series
Earlier Cutler-Hammer/Eaton MCC model widely installed in industrial plants from the 1990s-2000s. While Eaton still manufactures Advantage buckets, lead times can be long and prices high. We build compatible buckets faster and more economically while maintaining all required specifications.

POW-R-WAY III (Westinghouse)
Westinghouse's motor control center line acquired by Eaton in 1994. POW-R-WAY III systems are still widely installed in heavy industrial facilities. Eaton provides limited support. We specialize in building replacement buckets for these systems, including obsolete configurations Eaton no longer manufactures.

Westinghouse Type DS / FDP
Vintage Westinghouse motor control centers from the 1960s-1980s. These systems are completely obsolete but many remain in daily operation, particularly in utilities, water treatment, and heavy industry. We reverse-engineer these systems from photos and measurements to build exact replacements.
