1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MCC Depot LLC website (mccdepot.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MCC Depot LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company located in Sheridan, Wyoming. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

MCC Depot specializes in custom-built Motor Control Center (MCC) buckets and electrical control components. All products are built to order based on customer specifications.

• Custom Build: Products are manufactured to your exact specifications. Please verify all configuration options before placing your order.
• Build Time: Standard build time is 3-5 business days. Complex configurations may require additional time.
• Product Images: Product images are representative. Actual products may vary slightly based on configuration and component availability.
• Specifications: We strive for accuracy in all product specifications. If you have questions about compatibility or specifications, please contact us before ordering.

3. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order with MCC Depot:

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee availability until we begin production.
• Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
• Payment: Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards.
• Order Changes: Once an order enters production, changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to modify an order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to addresses within the United States.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom Orders: Custom-built products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged in shipping.
• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace defective items at no charge.
• Shipping Damage: Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
• Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.

6. Warranty

MCC Depot products are covered by a limited warranty:

• Coverage: We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
• Remedy: Our sole obligation is to repair or replace defective products at our discretion.
• Component Warranties: Individual components (breakers, starters, etc.) may carry separate manufacturer warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MCC Depot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

8. Professional Installation

MCC buckets and electrical control equipment should only be installed by qualified electricians in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations. MCC Depot is not responsible for improper installation or use of our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MCC Depot LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
